The Story Behind FlatFile Society
The Flatfile Society began with a simple idea: to honor the places that shape us. Small towns. Family vineyards. Scenic backroads. The moments and landscapes we carry with us.
What started as a few personal prints quickly grew into a collection rooted in nostalgia, curiosity, and connection. Inspired by our travels—and often the wineries and towns we found along the way—we set out to capture the quiet magic of real places, both familiar and new.

A Sense of Place in Every Print
Each piece in the FLATFILE collection is thoughtfully illustrated, printed on archival cotton rag paper, and made to order in Virginia. We believe in doing things the right way—with care, quality, and craftsmanship.
Our hope is that every print feels like a memory on your wall. A reminder of where you come from, where you’ve been, or where you’re dreaming of next.

Why “The Society”?
Because this is more than a print shop. It’s a gathering place for people who love where they live, who collect stories, and who see beauty in the details.
When you find a piece that speaks to you, you’re not just buying art—you’re becoming part of the Society.
