Returns & Quality Guarantee

Because each piece we create is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. That said, we stand behind the quality of our work and want you to love what you receive.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please contact us at carlamvaldes@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, your order number, and a short note—we’ll take care of it from there.

Our goal is to make it right, whether that means replacing your print or finding another thoughtful solution.

Exceptions

Due to the custom nature of our prints, all sales are final. This includes personalized artwork and limited-edition drops. We also don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable law. While we do not accept traditional returns, we will honor legal requirements in such cases. Please contact us to discuss options.
